01 / 06 — Services
Maintain. Integrate. Fabricate.
Seven service lines. Each with documented procedures and auditable deliverables.
Maintain — Operational continuity
A
Main line
Fewer unplanned failures. Batteries and grease to the manual, without losing mastering.
Detail →
Main line
The most recurrent service line in our workshop. Every intervention follows the manufacturer's recommendations, with lockout and tagout of hazardous energies before touching the equipment.
Scope of the intervention
Reducer and axis grease replacement at the manual's interval.
Replacement of memory and absolute-position backup batteries, with no loss of mastering.
Cleaning of the controller and its ventilation circuits.
Inspection of wiring, flexible harnesses and connectors.
Alarm history and hour-meter readout to anticipate failures.
Fastener re-torque and operational verification of the robot.
Deliverables
Technical report with photographic record.
Safe work procedure (SWP).
Scheduled maintenance plan.
What it is for
Fewer unplanned failures, longer equipment life and operational continuity of the line.
B
The cell won't respond: diagnosis from the real symptom, remote and on-site.
Detail →
When a cell stops responding, the cost is not in the part: it is in the time the line spends stopped. We work the diagnosis from the actual symptom, not from assumption.
Scope of the intervention
Diagnosis of communication loss between HMI, PLC and robot.
Electronic board repair at component level.
Network and IP addressing validation for the cell.
Equipment reinstallation and commissioning.
Full automated process testing before handover.
Delivery mode
Remote support for the first diagnosis, on-site work for the intervention and operational validation.
C
Random stops “with no cause” are almost always electrical noise. We measure it and eliminate it.
Detail →
Specialty
Intermittent faults that “have no explanation” usually have one: electrical noise. It is a problem that requires measuring before intervening, and few address it systematically.
Scope of the intervention
Grounding and equipotential bonding of structures, controllers and cable trays.
Control cable shielding and separation from power routing.
Ferrite cores installed at the critical points.
Three-phase EMI/RFI filters on the supply.
Reprogramming and subsequent operational validation.
What it is for
Operational stability and repeatability: no more random stops with no apparent cause.
Integrate — Turnkey
D
From drawing to production, with a single point of responsibility: design, fabrication and commissioning.
Detail →
A single party responsible from the drawing to plant validation: design, fabrication, supply, integration and commissioning.
What it includes
Detailed mechanical and electrical engineering.
Structures, pedestals and custom grippers.
Industrial electrical cabinets and process sensors.
Safety systems: fencing, light curtains and emergency stop.
Control rooms.
PLC programming and integration of the robot with the process logic.
Integration with your plant's existing equipment.
Deliverables
General drawings.
Electrical schematics.
Operation and maintenance manual.
F
Robot, tooling and commissioning, by the same team that specifies them.
Detail →
We supply industrial and collaborative robots with their tooling, integrated and commissioned by the same team that specifies them.
What it includes
Platform selection based on process, reach and payload.
Tooling and grippers specific to the application.
Integration with the process logic and existing equipment.
Commissioning and operational validation.
Typical application
Automated welding cells for serial fabrication.
Workshop — Restore & fabricate
E
Service life restored to already-paid-for equipment, delivered with FAT/SAT.
Detail →
Equipment sitting idle in a corner of the plant is not always scrap. An overhaul returns service life to something already paid for, and hands it back with verifiable acceptance criteria.
Disciplines
Mechanics: structural and drivetrain recovery.
Hydraulics: PU/PTFE/FKM seals.
Pneumatics: stainless fittings and 5µm/0.01µm filtration.
Electrical and sensors: IP65/67 protection rating.
Robotics: servo alarm diagnosis and preventive maintenance.
Design improvements, such as anti-entrapment grippers.
Operator cabins.
Deliverables
FAT and SAT protocols.
Quantitative acceptance criteria.
Maintenance plan and warranty.
G
Custom servo cables and tooling, without waiting on imports.
Detail →
We fabricate in-house the components a stopped machine needs today and that would not arrive in time through import.
What we fabricate
Servomotor cables: power, control and brake, made to measure.
Structures and pedestals.
Tooling specific to each application.
What it is for
It cuts downtime when the original spare is not available in the country.
02 / 06 — Equipment
Equipment we know first-hand, in the field and the workshop.
Robotic palletizing at continuous production rate.
03.2
Mining and extractive metallurgy
Copper cathode handling and stripping.
03.3
Metalworking and industrial welding
Robotic welding cells for serial fabrication.
Beyond the plant
If a robot can do it, we build it.
Our core is industrial robotics. But the engineering is the same: mechanical and electrical integration, safety, programming and commissioning. With that we build any kind of robot —including service robots, like one that prepares and serves coffee in a store— and automate processes beyond the plant. If your process repeats, it can be robotized.
We also work with computer vision and AI applied to the process —inspection, safety, PPE compliance— as part of the automation, not as a separate product.
Every intervention is executed with lockout and tagout of energies, a safe work analysis and a documented procedure before touching the first bolt. It is the condition for working on site — and ours in the workshop.
LOTO
Lockout and tagout of hazardous energies.
JSA
Job safety analysis, ahead of every task.
SWP
Safe work procedure, documented and handed over.
PPE
Certified personal protective equipment, no exceptions.
