Privacy policy
This policy explains what data we handle on this site and why. The controller is Robricks SpA (Robricks Robotics), Chile. For any query about your data: contacto@robricks.cl.
What data we handle
- Contact form: name, company, email, phone (optional), sector and the message you send us. We use these only to reply to your enquiry or quote request.
- Technical preferences: your language and graphics-quality level are stored in your own browser (local storage) to improve your experience. They do not identify you and never leave your device.
- Analytics (only with your consent): if you accept, we use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used.
Cookies and storage
The site sets no tracking cookies by default. It only uses functional storage (language and graphics quality), which is exempt from consent.
Analytics (Google Analytics 4, with anonymized IP) loads only if you accept it in the cookie notice. If you reject it, it is not loaded and no data is sent to Google. You can change your mind by clearing the site's data in your browser.
Who we share with
We do not sell your data. The form is processed through our hosting provider (Netlify), and analytics, if you accept it, through Google. Each handles data under its own policies.
Your rights
You can request to access, correct or delete your data by writing to contacto@robricks.cl. Processing is governed by Chilean personal-data protection law.
Changes
We may update this policy; the date above indicates the latest version.
